How a notebook gets listed

  1. We source from suppliers and confirm what the notebook actually is – materials, size, what is in the pack.
  2. The listing is written from what we can confirm. An unconfirmed specification is left out rather than guessed at.
  3. Photographs show the item as supplied. Screens render colour differently and natural materials vary between batches.
  4. Stock is checked against what we can dispatch. If something turns out to be unavailable after you order, we contact you and refund in full.

How we choose notebook stock

We stock by paper weight and binding rather than by cover design: heavier GSM where fountain pen users need it, spiral binding where the book has to lie flat, and bulk packs for classrooms and offices that work through books steadily.
